Primal PC warrants the Product purchased from Primal PC to be free from defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal use during the limited 3 year warranty period.
This warranty is honored for you the original purchaser only, and will not extend or transfer to any other persons whom purchase, lease, or obtain the product from you.
Warranty Limitations
Primal PC Offers a limited 3 year warranty on most of our models, beginning upon the receipt of your pc. For those models that do not carry our limited 3 year warranty,
they will carry our full 1 year warranty and will be noted by a double star (**) under the model number. Models that do carry our 3 year warranty will only be covered for
the same time period that might be listed under certain manufactured parts for defects’ and warranties. Not all internal parts will be covered for the same time period that is
included in your pc. The parts that will not be covered, but not solely limited too, are all input devices, which includes keyboards, mice, game controllers
(and parts included with these devices), remote controller’s or any other wireless input device. These devices will be covered for a 90 day period only.
Towers or any case which contains the working components of the PC will also not be covered for 3 years. If the case was damaged upon shipping,
then your case will be covered by the shipping insurance which is included with the shipping of any and all pc’s that Primal PC offers (including custom pc’s).
The 3 year warranty does not cover any damages caused by abnormal wear and tear, this includes any permanent damages caused or created by any software
(malware, virus’, spyware, or any kind software installed by the user.) abuse, acts of god, and damages during upgrades. Damages during upgrades will
include both performance and cosmetic upgrades, over clocking of any kind, water damage, cosmetic damage, or extensive damages during shipping.
Damages during shipping will be covered by the mail courier as stated above.
Primal PC will not cover any parts and or software that were installed by user that was not originally installed by Primal PC. This includes any type of (a) hardware that would
be added to case for cosmetic or performance reasons, (b) any type of hardware that was either replaced or upgraded within the computer case or on motherboard, and list of
parts (c) power supplies, ram, hard disc, video card, processor, case fans, and optical drives.
To Obtain Warranty
You must call 630-492-0354 within the warrant period of the computer that was purchased from Primal PC, after a short trouble shoot over the phone. Primal will determine if the problem(s) with your machine were caused by parts failure or poor craftsmanship. If the problem(s) meet Primal PC criteria for warranty coverage you will be supplied with an RMA number, which is only valid for 20 days after it was originally assigned. Any product that is received without a proper RMA number will be shipped back to you freight collect. If the computer has no problem(s) found, and or has parts installed that were not installed by primal when originally built, the computer will be shipped back you freight collect and your original payment for shipping will not be returned. If computer is found defective and is repaired the product(s) will be returned to you prepaid shipping, and your original cost of shipping will also be refunded (only standard ground shipping via USPS and UPS will be honored and redeemed, next day, 3 day, 5 day or air freight will not be honored).
Repairs to Product(s)
Primal PC owns all part(s) that are to be replaced or removed within the PC that is being serviced. If computer has additional part(s) installed by purchaser that were not originally installed by Primal PC the warranty will be void and product(s) will be shipped back to purchaser freight collect and the original shipping paid by purchaser will not be refunded. At time of service Primal is not responsible for any software that was installed by purchaser or data, that could be lost during said services provided. Purchaser is responsible for backing up all of their own data and programs before Primal PC receives the computer in which is supposed to be serviced. Primal PC is not responsible for any or all lost data and programs at time of services or warranty work performed.
Delivery & Risk of Loss
Shipment of all Product(s) shall be covered by shipping insurance as it is included in the shipping price. All risk of loss will pass to Buyer upon tender to common carrier. Purchaser must report in writing all shortages or discrepancies to Primal PC within seven (7) days of receipt. Otherwise, Purchaser has accepted the goods in satisfactory manner as determined under the Uniform Commercial Code. Any shortage(s) or damage(s) during transit must be reported to the carrier immediately upon receipt of product(s) and Primal PC disclaims any and all liabilities in connection with such losses.
Paradox Special Terms
All components that Primal PC installed in the modified Xbox 360 case will be warranted only against any manufacture defects for no longer
than a period of three years starting the day you receive your unit. The modified shell it self will also be warranted for a period
of no more than three years against any and only manufactured defects. This warranty does not cover any modifications that the owner or
associates of the owner attempt upon the unit. If the unit is damaged by a power brick that is under the limit that Primal suggest for
safe and proper operation, the damages will not be covered under any circumstances.
